A followup on the case of the cook who put pubic hair in a guy's steak in West Bend: the man is suing the restaurant.

Kevin Hansen and his wife Marcia filed a lawsuit against Texas Roadhouse. They're going after damages for "severe and permanent injuries and extreme emotional distress."

That's after they found hair that Ryan Kropp put in Kevin's steak when they went for dinner there on Feb. 23.

A criminal complaint states that Kropp showed another cook at Texas Roadhouse the hair, and told the cook "these are my pubes," before he put the hair into the steak.

The Journal Sentinel says Kropp's already pleaded guilty to felony criminal charges, and he could receive a sentence of up to three and a half years. The Hansens have asked for a jury in their civil trial.
