Pizza Delivery Driver Charged After Shooting BB GunAPPLETON, Wis. (AP) -- A pizza-delivery driver accused shooting a man with a BB gun in retaliation for a taunt has been charged with two felony counts of recklessly endangering safety. Twenty-one-year-old Andrew Wargula also faces two misdemeanor charges. Appleton police say Wargula shot at two brothers from Neenah on Sunday after one of them yelled, "Hey pizza guy, can I get a pizza?" Wargula told police the brothers had been following him around and harassing him all weekend. The brothers were 17 and 23 years old.
