Gerhard Witte is scheduled to enter a plea today. The 70-year-old is accused of stabbing 65-year-old Elisabeth Witte in a downtown parking structure in May. She had just sang with the Milwaukee Symphony Chorus. Gerhard Witte's attorney, Gerald Boyle, says his client will plead not guilty by mental disease or defect. Boyle says he's not sure whether Witte will plead guilty to the charge of first-degree intentional homicide.
