Bail raised to $250,000 for man last seen with Kelly Dwyer
MILWAUKEE - Detectives from the Milwaukee Police Department resumed their search of a Menomonee Falls landfill for a fifth day on Wednesday.
They found no evidence related to the disappearance of Kelly Dwyer. The 27-year-old hasn't been seen in more than two weeks.
While detectives headed back to the landfill, the man who police believe was the last person to see her was in court Wednesday.
Kris Zocco is answering to 17 counts of child pornography. He was also recently arrested on numerous drug charges.
Zocco's bail was recently set at $75,000 for the child pornography charges and $5,000 bond for the drug charges. In court on Wednesday, his bail for the child porn charges was raised to $250,000.
Police say Zocco and Dwyer used cocaine together at his apartment the day she went missing. There is surveillance video of her going in to Zocco's building but none of her leaving.
The reason they are searching the landfill in Menomonee Falls is because that's where garbage from Zocco's building is taken.
Zocco has not been arrested on any charges relating to Dwyer's disappearance.
