Popular Chinese restaurant has repeat violations

MILWAUKEE - It's a hot spot for Chinese food.  This week's Dirty Dining takes us to Bay View and a restaurant repeating the same problems.
It's No 1 Chinese on KK in Bay View.  We were last here in 2012.  This time around there were food temperature issues, again.  Cooked shrimp, chicken, eggs, and an egg roll were all too warm.  The chicken was 10 degrees above the safe "cold" temperature.  The restaurant was not thawing food in a safe way, and buckets of sauce sitting on the floor in the kitchen were unprotected from cross contamination - a problem health inspectors have seen before.
The owner was not there and we never heard back from her about things like no expiration dates on food, which has to be used within seven days.  That's another repeat violation.  A greasy kitchen floor, and employee medication sitting on a shelf above a table used to prepare food.  It has to be stored in a separate area.
No 1 Chinese in Bay View was fined and will be re-inspected.  
And there were temperature issues and dirty equipment at the Hibachi Grill Supreme Buffet on 56th Street, just north of Capitol.
