WAUWATOSA - A group of athletes used their soccer skills off the field to save a woman's life.

"She was not immediately responsive," said Alexis Stanisic.

Alex, Nick, and Sage were headed to pick up another teammate when they noticed a woman lying lifeless at 101 Street and North Avenue. Her car door was open and inside her son was screaming in fear. Nick Stanisic said the teens quickly went into action.

"No arguments, we just did it I think we all knew what to do."

One checked her pressure, another called 9-1-1, while a third ran to get help from a neighbor.

Nicole Castner doesn't remember much other then waking up in an ambulance. Friday afternoon she got a chance to meet the boys and say thank you.

"I feel that God was on my side and sent angels and those are my angels."

These modest young men don't want to be called heroes. They just believe they were at the right place at the right time.

"It does not seem like a huge big deal", said Alex Wimmer, "Just the right thing to do."
