RACINE - Police found much more than they expected when they were called to a home on July 2 for a report of someone stealing electricity from a neighbor.

Racine Police responded to the 3300 block of St. Clair after a neighbor reported extension cords running from a home to a neighbor's home without permission, according to the Racine Journal Times.

While police were on the scene, one of the investigators became suspicious about another neighbor's home and found Dixie cups in the garbage that had a residue of GHB, or Rohypnol, in them. The drug is also known as the "date rape drug."

A search warrant was then executed on the home. Officers found meth and numerous pills, among other things. They also found 32 dropper bottles containing a clear substance. The clear substance has been sent to the crime lab to confirm if it is GHB.

Four men were arrested after the home was searched.
