Report: Wisconsin Congress member says Walker wouldn't win presidency
MILWAUKEE - A Milwaukee Democratic congresswoman says that Wisconsin's governor would not win the 2016 presidential race, should he decide to run.
Rep. Gwen Moore told the Journal Sentinel that she didn't think that Scott Walker would earn the Republican nomination.
"I've known him a really long time and I think he would lose," Moore told the Journal Sentinel. "I think he has a lot of self-confidence, with the emphasis on self."
She defeated Walker in a race for state assembly in 1990.
Walker's campaign chose not to respond to the Journal Sentinel.
