MILWAUKEE - Three people have been charged in the case of a death of a missing man, but they are not facing murder charges.

Brittany Clary, Ashley Howard and Michael Sether faced accusations of hiding Glenn Willis' corpse.

Willis, 62, was found dead inside his apartment on Friday.

According to the criminal complaint, Willis had used drugs and was with a prostitute when he died.

Willis' family and co-workers last saw him alive June 14. His co-workers at Kohn Law Firm, where he was a paralegal, started a search for him. They handed out flyers and made pleas to the public for help.

Police found Willis' body in a closet in his apartment.

Clary and Sether were in court Tuesdsay afternoon. Howard has yet to make an appearance
