Three in custody, police await autopsy results in east side death
MILWAUKEE - Three people are behind bars for hiding Glenn Willis' body. Willis had been missing for weeks, and Friday police found his body in his apartment.
"To be honest, it is pretty sad,” says Craig Turner. “I don't know what happened if the guy was murdered or what."
A day after Glenn Willis was found dead inside his apartment the Medical Examiner completed an autopsy, but police tell us they won't release the results until they have charges.
Investigators searched Willis’ eastside apartment looking for clues when he was first reported missing and there were no signs of the 62 year old. Two days after he went missing, his wallet and glasses were found blocks from his apartment.
Another part of the timeline is that on Thursday, police found his vehicle on 19th and Mitchell."
Craig Turner was outside the day cops swarmed the abandoned car.
He tells TODAY’S TMJ4 the situation did look suspicious to him.
“Like I said, I couldn't pinpoint what happened because there were numerous situations that happened and you can never tell what's going on," adds Turner.
Those who knew Willis say there are still a lot of unanswered questions.
