Racine woman arrested for OWI with infant in the car

RACINE - Wisconsin State Patrol arrested a woman early Wednesday morning for OWI with a 6-month-old in her car.

According to the Wisconsin Dept. of Transportation, 24-year-old Jessica Hollis was pulled over just after 12:15 a.m. Wednesday near 16th and Ohio Streets in Racine. According to the troopers on scene, Hollis failed numerous field sobriety tests, but refused a legal blood draw.

A 6-month-old infant was in the car at the time of the traffic stop. A search warrant was issued for a blood draw, but the results are still pending.
