Thousands have power restored after outage in Milwaukee

MILWAUKEE - According to We Energies, about 5,700 customers lost power Wednesday after an equipment failure.

Spokesman Barry McNulty told 620WTMJ's Jay Sorgi that as of about 9:35 p.m., power was restored.

We Energies said a cable failed near the corner of North 28th and West St. Paul Streets.
