Vernon dad arrested for providing pot, alcohol to teen daughter's party
VERNON - A father was arrested after allegedly providing alcohol to his 15-year-old daughter and her friends during a party.
Brian Gumieny was charged in Waukesha County on June 11 for delivering marijuana to minors, bail jumping, and contributing to the delinquency of minors (seven counts), according to Living Lake Country.
Seven teens told a detective with Waukesha County that Gumieny had provided alcohol and marijuana to the party.
"The father admitted to police that he provided alcohol and marijuana for the party, the complaint said," according to Living Lake Country. "He drank a little and and called a friend to buy marijuana after several boys at the party asked about it, he said in the complaint."
Gumieny was previously arrested for battery on a law enforcement officer and emergency workers, as well as resisting arrest.
He will be back in court on June 21.
