SHEBOYGAN - One woman is in custody and another is seriously hurt after a strange incident late Sunday.

Sheboygan police say a 38-year-old woman from Sheboygan pushed a 43-year-old woman from Grafton off a second story balcony at a home near 8th and Clara.

Police found the woman from Grafton on the ground below the balcony. She was seriously hurt and is now being treated at a hospital in Green Bay.

'She was coming out here having a cigarette. The other girl followed her and gave her a good push over,” Dennis Hunt, a friend of the victim says.

Hunt can't believe a woman he met while walking home from a bar pushed his friend his second story porch. She fell nearly 15 feet. He claims he doesn't know why the suspect did it.

But, police say there was some sort of argument before the suspect pushed her. The fall left hunt's friend with serious injuries. She was taken to a hospital in Green Bay.

"Her mom says that her back is busted and a whole bunch of busted bones,” Hunt says.

The 38-year-old had fled the home, but police found her nearby. Police won't confirm reports that she was naked at the time she was found. However, video on YouTube shows the woman wrapped in a blanket and stumbling as she was being escorted by police.

That woman is expected to be charged with reckless injury.

"Alcohol was a factor in the incident," said Sergeant Tim Patton with Sheboygan Police.
