Waukesha Police searching for man who robbed bank Wednesday afternoon

WAUKESHA - Just before 2:45 p.m. on Wednesday, Waukesha Police were called to Summit Credit Union on W. St. Paul Ave. for a robbery.

According to police, a man entered the bank and displayed a handgun and demanded money. He left on foot after obtaining an undisclosed amount of cash.

The suspect is described as a black male in his late teens or early 20s, wearing black knit/winter hat, black t-shirt with white t-shirt underneath, black baggy jeans and white tennis shoes. He was last seen on foot and should be considered armed and dangerous.
