MILWAUKEE - Part of I-94 is now completely closed in both directions as crews work to install a new culvert across the width of the interstate.

The full closure is from near the Racine-Milwaukee County line to College Avenue.

The work is expected to be complete by 9 a.m. Sunday. Detours are posted alerting drivers of the alternate routes for the duration of the project.

During construction drivers are reminded to allow extra time when traveling in this area.
