People who lost their homes on Lake Delton still have to pay property taxes.

"We're asking for whatever relief they can get out of FEMA," said Kim Grimmer who is the attorney for the victims who left their homes on Lake Delton.

FEMA hasn't been able to come to an agreement with the village of Lake Delton about the flood plain. The victims were asked not to talk about a closed door meeting on Monday. However, Grimmer says the village discussed rebuilding highway A, getting assistance from the state and FEMA and paying property taxes on land that was washed away by rushing water.
