Three More Counties Get Disaster Declaration

By Jon Byman

Fond Du Lac, Iowa and Marquette Counties received federal disaster declarations today.  That brings the total counties under such a declaration to 15 in Wisconsin.

FEMA teams have been touring the state.  Today they were in Jefferson County, which has been hit particularly hard, but has not yet received a disaster declaration from the feds.

Milwaukee, Waukesha, Washington, Racine and Dodge Counties are already under federal disaster declarations in Southeast Wisconsin.

More counties are likely to get the declaration.
