MILWAUKEE - After a nice Monday with sunshine and a normal highs in the upper 50s, the forecast for Milwaukee, Waukesha and SE Wisconsin calls for increasing clouds tonight with rain showers developing after 3am and lows remaining in the 40s.

Grab your umbrella for showers during the day on Tuesday with about a half inch of accumulation...yes another dreary and damp day, but not the heavy rain like he past few weeks.

Highs will get into the lower 50s by noon, but then the cold front will shift the wind to the NW and temperatures will drop into the low to mid 40s by 4pm. As the temperatures continue to drop

Tuesday evening, light snow will mix with the rain after midnight as lows drop to around freezing. A dusting to no accumulation is expected bu Wednesday morning.

Wednesday and Thursday will be sunny and nice with highs near 50 behind the cold front. That's a positive sign that spring is trying to take over...highs remain in the 50s behind a cold front. Friday will be in the upper 50s with scattered light rain showers.

We have waited and waited, and it looks like we finally get a spring weekend this Saturday and Sunday with lots of sunshine and highs in the lower 60s on Saturday and mid 60s on Sunday!
