MILWAUKEE - The southeast Wisconsin, Waukesha and Milwaukee forecast for the rest of your Friday has quiet, but cooler than average conditions. A few folks will see some clouds with highs in the low 40s for our lakefront communities and Milwaukee temperatures and upper 40s as you head well inland.

Tonight should start out okay, but for some, especially north, things will go downhill. Some of us will see some scattered showers possibly even mixing with a bit of sleet or snow to the north. Any accumulation would be light, if anything to the north. Overnight lows will bottom out in the lower 30s.

Saturday has some goods and bads. The bad news first: We will see some scattered showers or possibly even a rumble of thunder. If you live well off to the north, you could even see a few snowflakes to start the day. The good news is it will be much milder, though windy. Highs will top out in the upper 50s.

Saturday night could have a couple of scattered showers or a T'storm, but those should end before midnight. Skies will then clear out with overnight lows in the upper 30s

Sunday looks okay with partly cloudy skies. Highs will top out in the upper 40s for our lakefront communities and Milwaukee temperatures before cooling down there and low 50s for our Waukesha temperatures and inland areas.

We could see a few scattered showers on Monday with highs quite similar to Sunday's.

There will be quite a few chances of rain this upcoming week, though it won't be continuous. Highs will hover right around or a little below average. Next Thursday should be the coldest day of the next 7 with highs in the low 40s.

Lance Allan is getting his kiddy pool ready to fill with some of tomorrow's rain. He will be the only one playing in it, though.
