Toxicology results for Nick Wilcox have been returned
MILWAUKEE - Toxicology results have been returned in the case of Nick Wilcox, the 24-year-old Milwaukee man whose body was found in the Milwaukee River.
According to Milwaukee County Medical Examiner, Wilcox's blood alcohol level was .22. The legal limit to drive is .08.
"A screen for all other drugs of abuse was negative," said Medical Examiner Karen Domagalski.
Wilcox disappeared early on New Year's Day after celebrating with friends on New Year's Eve. His body was found in the Milwaukee River on March 28. His death was ruled an accidental drowning.
