Waukesha man accused of sex assault at sleepover
WAUKESHA - A man from Waukesha is accused of sexually assaulting two girls while they were staying overnight at his house.
Dressed in an orange jail jumpsuit, David Trejo Miguel stood quietly in court as the charges against him were read.
He’s accused of repeated sexual assault of a child, sexual assault of a child under 16 and contributing to the delinquency of a child.
“These allegations in the complaint are extremely concerning regarding the safety of the victims as well as the safety of the community,” the Court Commissioner said.
According to the criminal complaint, Trejo Miguel admitted “during the last year, on approximately five occasions, he did have oral sex” with a girl he knows.
Last Friday and Saturday three girls slept over at his house. One of the girls told police Trejo Miguel gave them alcohol and marijuana.
She also told police she, “woke up to someone rubbing against her, moving her bra strap and touching her all over, including her vagina.”
The other teen told police he would give her cough syrup and sleeping pills, ‘and she either woke up to something happening, or would wake up and suspect something happened.”
She went on to say Trejo Miguel threatened her and said, “if she told anyone, he would kill himself instead of going to jail.”
Trejo Miguel’s bail was set at $100,000, he will be back in court later this week.
