Watertown woman charged in heroin-related death
JEFFERSON - A Watertown woman has been charged in the drug-induced death of a Jefferson teen.
The Jefferson Daily Union reports 23-year-old Cynthia Rogalski is being held under a $25,000 cash bond. She's charged with reckless homicide in the death of 17-year-old Alexis Schoeffling last September. Rogalski allegedly provided the heroin.
There are several conflicting stories surrounding the death, including a meet-up at a Kohl's store in Johnson Creek, and a bar fight. The investigation is ongoing, and others could face additional charges.
Rogalski has a long history of drug-related offenses.
