Man stopped by ex-Marine from beating girlfriend pleads not guilty
MILWAUKEE - A man who was reportedly stopped from beating his ex-girlfriend by a former Marine with a conceal carry permit, pleaded not guilty Friday.
Kenneth Harris is charged with substantial battery, and is due back in court in April.
Last week, Charlie Blackmore, Jr. was driving home from work when he saw Harris beating a woman at 102nd and Lincoln.
Dashcam video shows him with his concealed gun pointed at Harris until police arrived. Harris will be back in court next month.
