NEW YORK - According to a published report, Major League Baseball is going the civil court route to try to stop doping in their sport.

The New York Times says they're going to sue people connected to Florida-based Biogenesis, the group connected to allegations against Milwaukee Brewers slugger Ryan Braun.

MLB refuted a report that they're attempting to target Braun in their investigation of performance-enhancing drugs.
