Hartford crash victim identified as woman from Lisbon

HARTFORD - The victim in a crash that occurred Wednesday morning in Hartford has been identified.

According to police, just before 7:30 a.m. March 20, Hartford Officers were dispatched to Hwy 60, approximately one mile west of the Hartford Wal-Mart, in Dodge County, for a two-car crash.

"Investigations at the scene revealed that one vehicle had been traveling westbound on Hwy 60 when it collided with a second vehicle that was crossing Hwy 60 southbound after pulling out of the Quad Graphics parking lot, located at 1900 W. Sumner St., in the City of Hartford," according to the Hartford Police Department.

Anna Kruppe, 65 of Lisbon, died from her injuries at the Aurora Medical Center in Hartford later Wednesday morning.

The crash is still under investigation.
