The Brewers take on the Arizona Diamondbacks in a rare night spring training game.
There's no radio coverage of the game which starts at 9:10 p.m. (Newsradio 620 WTMJ's next Brewers broadcast comes Friday for the Brewers-Dodgers game at 2:55 p.m.)
Gallardo returns for his first start since his Mexico squad failed to advance to the second round of the World Baseball Classic.
Ryan Braun and Jonathan Lucroy don't have that problem yet, and they may not be returning to the Brewers camp for a good while.
Their Team USA squad is one win away from the World Baseball Classic semifinals after downing Puerto Rico (and Brewers C Martin Maldonado) 7-1.
Team USA faces the Dominican Republic on Thursday night.
A win clinches a berth in the WBC Semis. A loss means a play-in game against Italy or Puerto Rico on Friday to decide another semifinal berth.
In the meantime, back in Maryvale, Hunter Morris has had a golden opportunity to rise to a major league roster and play first base for Milwaukee after the injuries to Corey Hart and Mat Gamel.
The Journal Sentinel reviews how he hasn't exactly taken advantage.
The Arizona Republic features Bobby Crosby's motivation for trying to make the Brewers this year: his sons.
Off the field, the Journal Sentinel also looks at a UWM study which says fans outside the five-county Milwaukee area are pumping $263 million into the local ecoomy.
It also reviews how the Miller Park sales tax may end between 2016 and 2020.
