MILWAUKEE - Expect to feel a little "off" Sunday.  That's thanks to daylight saving time which begins at 2:00am.

Although this signifies that spring is just around the corner, adjusting to the time change can be especially difficult.

Dr. Michael McKee at the Cleveland Clinic explains that one hour can disrupt life enough that there's an increase in auto accidents and heart attacks.

Firefighters say this also makes for a good time to change the batteries in your smoke and carbon monoxide detectors as well.
