Man charged with sexually assaulting wife and girlfriend at knifepoint
GREENDALE - A 36-year-old man is behind bars after allegedly sexually assaulting his wife and girlfriend after a night of threatening their lives.
It started as a night of drinking with his mistress, and ended in a ten minute standoff with police.
According to a criminal complaint, 36 year-old Willis Lucas’ girlfriend told him he couldn’t be with her and his wife.
That’s when the two got into a fight and Lucas threatened to kill her, but then drove to his wife’s house. He told his girlfriend, “You two are going to get along.”
According to the criminal complaint, the women say Lucas brought them to 51st and Center, then parked in a garage. He held them at knife point and forced them to sexually assault each other, then have sex with Luca.
Lucas then told his girlfriend he “wanted her tax money” so he drove to her house in Greendale. While inside she called 911. When police arrived, Lucas refused to get out of the van, but then several other officers showed up and he was arrested.
Lucas' wife later said she had reportedly been beaten by him since being married in October, 2012.
Lucas is charged with two counts of First Degree Sexual Assault (Use of a Deadly Weapon) and one count of Obstructing/Resisting an officer. Each count of sexual assault could bring up to 60 years in prison.
Lucas will be in court Friday morning.
