Woman dies in Sauk County apartment fire
LOGANVILLE, Wis. (AP) -- Fire officials say a woman has died in an apartment fire in the Sauk County community of Loganville.
The victim's family tells WISC-TV the woman was 70 years old and lived in the four-unit apartment for about 7 years.
Fire Chief Kent Westphal says the building on Main Street was fully engulfed when firefighters arrived about 8 a.m. Thursday. The cause of the fire has not been determined, but fire officials say it started in the victim's apartment.
