Stores are pulling tomatoes from their shelves and restaurants are taking away some of their tomato-based products after people in Wisconsin and around the country are getting sick off eating them.
An adult from Milwaukee County is one of hundreds of people across several states who contracted salmonella poisoning connected to the strain likely linked with the raw tomato outbreak.
Someone from Pepin County, WI also apaprently got salmonella the same way.
The Center for Disease Control says they don't know exactly where the tainted tomatoes came from, but they say people should refrain from eating roma and red round tomatoes.
Whole Foods has pulled many types of tomatoes from its shelves, while Roundy's has not done so despite notifying all its stores about the issue. One restaurant, Qdoba, has stopped serving pico de gallo.
