School bus, other vehicle collide on Milwaukee freeway

MILWAUKEE - A school bus and another vehicle have crashed on a freeway in Milwaukee.
The crash happened at about 10:40 a.m. on westbound I-94 near the 25th Street off-ramp.
Crews had to close the off-ramp, and drivers in the area encountered backups.
That ramp is also the start of a construction zone where one lane of westbound I-94 has been closed.
