Man arrested after drunkenly throwing snowballs at passing cars
FRANKLIN - A man was arrested last week after reportedly throwing snowballs at passing cars.
According to FranklinNOW, two men were seen throwing snowballs at cars on at least three different occasions around 3 a.m. on Feb. 28.
"While officers were on their way to the area, dispatchers received a third call from a man who reported that two men threw snowballs at his vehicle," said FranklinNOW. "When the caller stopped to confront them, one of the men became belligerent and broke the mirror off his truck."
When police found the men, they were driving, and a 31-year-old man was arrested with a blood alcohol content of .14. The other man was questioned and released.
