Prayer vigil honors Mall of America manager, believed dead
SCHOFIELD, Wis. - A Wausau-area family held a prayer vigil Friday night, for a 30 year old woman whose body has not been discovered, but whose husband is charged in her murder anyway.
Police in Minnesota say they found enough blood in the home of Kira and Jeffrey Trevino, and in her car, to believe that Kira is dead.
The 39 year old man had reported his wife missing after she didn't show up for work at the Mall of America February 22nd.
About 200 people filled Bethany Baptist Church Friday night in Schofield where the pastor offered words of comfort and also allowed for times of silent reflection.
The Marshfield News Herald reports Pastor Aaron Winowiski hoped the vigil would offer comfort to a grieving family searching for answers.
