Wednesday's Sound Off Question: Was the John Doe investigation into Scott Walker effective?

The John Doe investigation into Governor Scott Walker and his former aides and associates is over.

Milwaukee prosecutors launched the secret investigation into aides and associates of Walker nearly three years ago over suspicions that more than $11,000 was missing from a fund used to pay for an annual event to honor veterans and their families. It was later broadened.

Four former Walker aides, as well as a campaign donor, have been convicted on charges ranging from theft to misconduct in office. Walker was not charged.
