Milwaukee Police are investigating a case in which a suspect claims he was shot while sitting on his porch.  The man claims someone fired the shots while riding by his home on a bicycle.

It happened in the 2700 block of north 34th a little after 9 on Thursday night.

The victim is expected to recover.  Police say they have had contact with the victim in the past.
