Snow day becomes family day for Oak Creek kids

OAK CREEK - A family in Oak Creek turned a snow day into a fun day for Madison Correa and her parents.
Together, they made a snow fort on a front lawn.
"My dad piled some snow, then he made a middle, then he made a wall," said Madison.
She and her mom used color hair spray to give a special touch, an M for Madison.
This was the biggest snowstorm Milwaukee County has seen in two years.
Madison's father, Matt, put a ruler in snow in his backyard.
"We're just curious to see how much it was. We heard various reports on how much snow," said Matt.
The storm also had them digging out.
"We're thankful we have a snowblower to do the big work for us."
