FRANKLIN - No one has been hurt in a tactical situation in Franklin.
The incident started just before 11 a.m. Sunday at a residence near 47th and Rawson. Police say man had made threats to harm himself, but refused to answer the door when officers arrived.
Both the Franklin and Greendale Police Departments responded to the scene.
The suspect was later taken into custody without incident.
A 46-year-old woman was also taken into custody on an unrelated warrant.
