LA CROSSE - Two parents from La Crosse are due in court Monday on abuse charges.
They're accused of breaking their three-year-old's hands and feet.
Police say the couple limited the girl to three drinks a day so she wouldn't wet her pants.
They allegedly made her stand for 90 minutes as punishment.
