MILWAUKEE - Brewers fans made history Saturday at the annual Arctic Tailgate where they lined up early to be among the first to purchase individual tickets for the upcoming season.
Officials say they sold a total of 87-thousand tickets, one of the highest totals for a single day in team history.
Opening Day when the Brewers take on the Rockies is sold out, except for some tickets which will be sold as part of a Season package.
And there are a limited number of seats left for three other games. Those include Saturday, April 20 versus the Cubs; Sunday, May 26 against the Pirates; and Sunday, June 23 versus the Braves.
As part of Arctic Tailgate activities, the first 2-thousand fans at the Box Office were given a free Arctic Tailgate t-shirt, a Klement's hot dog and a Pepsi.
