WAUKESHA - TODAY'S TMJ4 Reporter Nick Montes is out to experience the weather this morning so you don't have to stick your head out before you get dressed. His description is easy to understand, "It hurts out here."
The temperature on a signboard behind Nick dropped just before his early report. It went from 4 to 3 degrees.
But the air temp isn't the hard part. The toughest part of the weather is the wind, which is making it feel like 10 below.
