Woman charged with 2007 murder makes first court appearance
APPLETON - Dianna Siveny, one of three women charged in connection with the murder of Lara Plamann made her first court appearance Monday morning in Outagamie County Circuit Court.
Plamann was found dead of a gunshot wound in the garage of her Greenville home in 2007. Investigators believe Siveny was involved in the plot to kill Plamann with two other women, Kandi Siveny and Rosie Campbell. Both are in Minnesota and are scheduled for extradition hearings Monday.
Dianna Siveny was ordered held under a $1 million bond and instructed not to contact Plamann's family or the other two defendants. Her next court appearance will be a preliminary hearing to decide if there is enough evidence to proceed to trial. That is scheduled for March 25.
