A Milwaukee Public Schools bus driver is recovering from injuries sustained when three teenagers attacked him Wednesday afternoon.

"The whole side of my face is swollen," said Ben, the driver who asked us not to use his last name.

His injuries are not considered serious.

"I thought they were looking for somebody else. I asked them, and they just hit me, and the other two rushed me and hit me.

"They were saying something like, 'why you let this happen' or something. I was trying to figure what they were talking about."

What they might have been talking about has to do with a little girl who was beaten up on a bus earlier this week. Police are checking into whether the three suspects might be related to the girl.

Ben stated there wasn't much he could do while he was in his seat belt.

Milwaukee police have arrested two of the three teenagers in the incident.

Police say they are still investigating and they could make more arrests.
