Racine apartment complex fire called arson, $5,000 reward being offered

RACINE - Racine Police are looking for the person who set a fire at a 20-unit apartment complex in January.

According to Sgt. Jessie Metoyer with Racine Police, on Jan. 29 around 8:40 p.m., they received the report of a fire at an apartment complex.

After an investigation, the police and fire departments have determined the fire was intentionally set. Wisconsin Insurance Council is offering up to $5,000.00 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of any suspect responsible for this fire.

Racine Police investigators are asking for the public's help to find the person or person's responsible for the fire.
