MILWAUKEE - Three people are in jail after allegedly setting up a phone sale, then robbing their victim.

According to the victim, he had called about a woman about a phone for sale on Craigslist, and set up a sale in the parking lot of Qdoba on 418 N. Mayfair Road. When he arrived, he found the woman he had talked to in a car, along with two other men. After he gave the woman the $300 she asked for the phone back "to unlock the pass code."

The man said the car then began to roll forward. He held on, and yelled for his phone and money back, but the man in the back began punching him in the head.

"The car continued to drive, he estimated the car to have traveled at speeds around 25 mph and him hanging on to the car," said the prosecutor.

The man finally let go, and fell to the ground and rolled several times. He then called 911.

The next day, a police officer pulled over a car matching the same description and found multiple phones.

Tyvez Benford, 21, Keshawn Sanders-Wilson, 21, and Andrea Shaw, 21, were all arrested for Robeery with Use of Force. Sanders-Wilson was also arrested on a charge of Second-Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety.
