The clouds quickly increase this evening as another Alberta Clipper moves in with a light wintry mix after midnight. Expect light snow, sleet and a even a little freezing rain south of Milwaukee, with less than an inch of snow by the morning commute.

Flurries continue Thursday morning, but a westerly breeze will push highs close to 40 with sprinkles and light rain in the afternoon. As the cold front passes and the wind shift to the NW, colder temperatures move in and light snow is likely with less than an inch of accumulation by Friday morning. Friday will be much colder with highs in the lower 20s, and wind chills near zero with flurries throughout the day.

Saturday will start off cold with lows in the single digits and wind chills below zero. The afternoon will be partly cloudy and cold with highs only in the teens, but Sunday warms up into the upper 20s.

Monday gets close to 40 with a light wintry, but highs in the 20s return for Tuesday and Wednesday.
