OAK CREEK - The annual State of the County address is set for Monday.
Milwaukee County Executive Chris Abele give the yearly speech at the Oak Creek Police Department, recognizing the sacrifice and bravery of the department during the Sikh temple massacre.
Abele plans to highlight the work of law enforcement and the community.
