Man who lost wife and child in 2008 crash charged with road rage incident in Waukesha
WAUKESHA - An Oconomowoc man was charged with pointing a firearm at another after an alleged road rage incident last month on I-94.
According to the criminal complaint, Michael Bukosky, 36, felt another car had cut him off just after they exited the highway.
"They each sped and slowed down, changed lanes and swore at each other once they came to a red light," said Bruce Vielmetti with the Journal Sentinel. "But then Michael J. Bukosky, 36, pointed a gun at the other driver and said, 'That's right - don't (expletive) around in a concealed carry state.'
Bukosky is the husband of Jennifer Bukosky, the pregnant mother who was killed, along with her daughter and the couple's unborn child, in a 2008 "impaired driving" crash.
