Social security implements seven new rules for 2013
WASHINGTON - The social security administration has implemented new rules for 2013. The changes include the end of paper checks, and a variety of resources being moved online.
The seven changes put into effect this year include -
The 2-year payroll tax cut ends, a higher payroll tax cap, more online services, reduced office hours for social security offices, paper checks will end, higher earnings limit and bigger payments.
