MILWAUKEE - Snow has reached Milwaukee, and the changing weather patterns led to a very wet, slippery and challenging commute for drivers in Milwaukee.

It was raining in most of the city early Wednesday morning.

People who saw that rain and wondered about when/how snow would be falling Wednesday need not question that, according to Storm Team 4's Jesse Ritka.

The snow started falling around 10:30 a.m. in our area.

About 1/3rd of an inch fell within the first half hour of the snowfall in Milwaukee.

That made drivers have to slow down, as TODAY'S TMJ4's Cody Holyoke revealed in his live report during "LIve at Noon."  (You can see the video of the report in our main weather story.)

Jesse described the snow as perfect for making snowballs or a snowman.
